This place is a staple for the locals in Mitchell. What they lack in space and inventory, they make up for in leaps and bounds in amazing customer service. I go out of my way to get almost anything at Arnies if they have it. The manager, Shawna, is the best.

So I have requested a certain type of cigarettes before at this gas station and it went well. Well, recently I just requested Montego blue shorts. I brought in an empty pack like I did previously and I found out that they do have them but they can only sell them to the person who requested it. (They did sell to me twice already) The problem is I am the one that requested it, but they were refusing to sell it to me, and when I went in this morning, I was instantly attacked by one of the workers saying that they will no longer be able to sell them to me because I am not the requester. Very disappointed. Needless to say I will never go back to Arnies gas station and I will continue to go out of my way to a different gas station just to avoid them in no way should they have treated me in that way ? It’s insane to me when I am the one that requested the certain type of cigarettes. I just want others to know how they can treat people . Mind you I have been there almost every morning with my children to get breakfast/coffee. They have lost a loyal customer 🤦🏼♀️

First gas station ive ever been to that is pump before you pay. Amazing safe place to be, could probably leave your cell on the counter and a friendly neighbor would chase you down to return it.Place is super clean
