I was very unsatisfied she was 15 mins late! showed up with sleep marks on her face like she was late bc she was sleeping then rushed my appt!! her salon has dark inside lighting when I got home I noticed it was very good and not what I wanted I texted her immediately to fix it so I set up another appointment with her, the day of my appointment she called me 45 mins before and cancelled my appt was at 9 that morning! she never got back to me to reschedule! so I asked for a refund she then said it looked fine to her and blocked me!! I had to pay another 160 to fix what she did wrong the color was not what I wanted and the cut was very cracked which I didn't notice til the other sakon fixed it! she blocked me wiukdnt fix it or refund so I'm not going to better business and small claims! on top her salon wasn't the cleanist!!

Awesome experience at this salon! Breanna did a wonderful job on my hair and really took the time to do exactly what I wanted. The other workers there were also very sweet. I will for sure be back!! Highly recommend this place for ANY hair needs
