The Madison post office on Center Street has amazing customer service! I greatly needed help to complete an address change and hold mail until everything was final, my experience there was top notch! All my questions were answered with a huge smile!

Had two recent address changes and was asking information how I should go about filling out forms so I can continue to get mail from both until they were updated. was given the wrong information and stopped receiving my mail completely. called and asked them to hold my mail and I would come pick it up and they even returned that when I was expecting emergency funds. Was trying to get help from them about being able to still get my mail and was told there's nothing I could do instead there smirking I feel that's just as rude as anything and was not apologetic about giving me the wrong information whatsoever. He was very proud to say that his name was Craig.

Not the brightest group of people working here. When you move here they will fill your mailbox full of spam advertisements but as soon as something actually comes for you they send it back unless you tell them you moved in. Everywhere else that I have moved when something was mailed to me it got delivered right away without having to inform the post office that I had moved in.
