I have shopped here multiple times. I have had the lovely experience of having multiple people assist me and I will say the owner is the least tasteful person there completely. I've heard her interact with other clients, people on the phone, and her employees. Employees are always very kind and helpful. More than I can say for her, she is abrasive and extremely judgmental of everyone that comes in there. The absolute best piece of clothing I found in the entire place in multiple visits was on the $1 rack. An 100% alpaca wool beautiful sweater while she keeps loads of gross coach handbags overstocked by her register. Advice, declutter your store of junk. Organize and turn over items that dont sell..stop having personal conversations on your cell phone while clients are in the store. We can all hear you and it's not good because quite honestly, you don't seem like a good person.

Don't take clothes here!!! I would have been better off donating to someone. I took in 3 bags of clothes originally (miss me, fox, Victoria secret etc). Recently went in to see if anything has sold to be told they threw most of my clothes away because they were in a garbage bag rather than informing me of that at drop off. I'm sure she pocketed the money.. you're welcome you obviously needed it more!!

The prices are a bit higher then expected for being a resale store and its over crowded with clothes no room on racks to browse or in between them to stand. If it's a boutique which is small store they should purge a few out of dated items.

Great deals on brand name, gently used clothing! Counter staff was helpful in directing me to what I was searching for. It's very crowded with merchandise but I guess when you are looking for something better to have too many options than not enough. This will definitely be a regular stop and shop place for me.
