The guy came out and did a pre-wash with soap and a brush. Very helpful as I did automatic wash. Machine wash was good and reasonable. Vacuum ran a long ti.e for $1. Easy in and out.

Vacuums have no suction. It is nice to see an actual person there during the day sometimes. Everything else is very good.
