The older gentleman that manages this store has some of the worst customer service skills and care for his own job. He might know how to do his job but having posted hours of operation and only opening when you "feel" like it is very unprofessional. This guy would rather cater to his friends that come through rather than give ya the time of day. Pretty upsetting to have a place like this in a small town you'd think would have a tight knit community.

Doug is always easy to work with. Always smiling and singing little songs. He is always willing to get a part into the store by the next day and has fantastic advice on just about any tool or auto problem that I have had.
