Great range of items but boy are the staff rude, you really feel like an inconvenience stepping foot inside the store, one guy watching his phone while spinning a coin on the glass countertop, so weird, there’s better places to spend your money, apparently this is a family run business, I bet Thanksgiving is fun at their get togethers, NOT.

Clean store, fair pricing, and friendly staff. We were looking for a penny in my purse since we got change (quarters from your store) that we wanted to use for the penny press machine at the train store and the guy at the counter gave us one of the donated penny's at the counter since he overheard our convo and we didn't have one quite yet. My son was so happy, thank you for your kindness.

Large selection, but staff was not interested in helping shoppers or bothering with checkout so we ended up shopping else where.

This is a beautiful store with decent prices. It’s a great family owned business and the manager shows great integrity in his dealings with customers. We will be coming back every time we return to the Black Hills. I highly recommend.

Purchased something here Sunday and the guy that checked me out was very friendly and nice. Stopped back tonight and the guy that checked me out acted like I was an inconvenience, slammed my pottery peace around and when I asked for a bag practically threw the bag at me. No thank you, or anything. Too bad you have someone there with that type of attitude. Horrible service.

Went to buy a $4.99 patch for my son. Price rang up over $8.00. I showed the clerk the $4.99 price tag. He rudely looked up and said the sign says $7.99. well the sign was laying upside down inside the rack for no one to see.Go to another store, there are plenty of places that sell the items.

This shop is amazing. I definitely want to go there again sometime. If you are passing through I would definitely recommend stopping and checking this place out.

I love this store. We always stop here when going to Mt Rushmore. The artists change what they display.

Nice variety of souvenirs to choose from. I would have left five stars, however, the gentleman who checked me out literally threw my debit card on the counter when i made my purchase. Maybe he was having a bad day.

Cute little place! Excellent place for souvenirs! They have cute things for adults and children. They also offer some Indian style things such as purses, jewelry, things like that. Wonderful stop along our journey!

We busted this shop on our recent visit to Keystone. I was impressed that it has been a family business for over 50 years. I bought two pieces of jewelry there, but after we were back home, I wanted to order another pair of earrings. I e-mailed several times with questions, and received prompt responses to my questions. They were extremely patient with me! The shop in Keystone is interesting and has plenty to buy as gifts.
