I usually don't leave reviews but I just had to now. I want to thank Chris for the great customer service. He would even help me bring tables and cushions and move things around so that I could see examples and see if colors matched!! Very patient and attentive to what customers are looking for. This is my first time buying at this furniture store and it definately won't be the last!! I've loved my experience here and I guarantee you won't regret shopping here. Thanks Chris ☺️

Nice people. Decent prices. Medium quality. Website has poor pictures. They tend to dress up the products so you aren't sure exactly what you are getting. I emailed the corporate office about this and all I got was an excuse and they offered a discount.

Second time purchasing from this store. Had great deals for Presidents' Day and we were desperate for a bed that would no longer hinder our aching backs. Our salesman, Jim, was amazing!! He was extremely knowledgeable, personable and not at all pushy! He even remembered me from browsing the previous day! He knew our needs and did well with guiding us in the right direction. Will definitely recommend JIM from Unclaimed Freight again!! Our first experience was very poor. I honestly had sworn to never shop there again! I don't even remember our salesman from the time but he was very inexperienced. We had picked out and purchased 3 twin bed sets for our kids. After paying we were told to drive around back to the garage door to load the beds. We sat back there for 20-30 mins with no one showing up to open the door. My husband walked around to the front of the store only to be told they didn't have the beds in stock and that they will be in within the week. Having to order them was fine but not the fact that we were waiting to be loaded and no one came to say anything! Communication to the customers and within the store was pitiful. Things have seemed to improve over the year. Will most likely check them out first next time if Jim is there.

We have renovating our home and looking for furniture to update our house. We have bought a couple pieces of furniture from unclaim freight due to great customer service and the price. Good quantity furniture for our updated house. We have discovered that Huron has a lot to offer for our home.

We buy a lot of furniture from here, and it was at a great deal. We had Nick help us out and he was very helpful and helped us finance everything. Hes a great employee and a great helper!
