I got my hair cut and colored there last year, I showed her the picture of what I wanted. I was doing a big change, and when she was finished you couldn't even tell she did anything to my hair. When I talked to her and told her I wasn't happy with it and it wasn't what I wanted, she still wanted to charge me a lot to fix it, so I didn't get it fixed.
