We were a little disappointed in the quality of the furniture and over all experience. We bought quite a few items and had issues with a few items. A tear in the couch upon arrival, a loose support beam in the desk and the coffee table broke easily. It was as if the items came used. The only attempt to make things right were to “repair the desk” by changing the position of the screw in the desk. They did replace the coffee table but nothing for the couch. This was our first time purchasing from your store. The presentation was poor. The delivery “men” were high school aged kids dressed in pajama pants.

I was promptly waited on and was pleased with the kind service I received. The first day I picked out what I wanted and went back two days later with my daughter so she could see what I had picked out. A second lady helped me with the final decision and was glad to complete the paperwork. She also mentioned that the first lady who worked with me would receive the credit for the sale. That was nice I thought.
I was pleased with my new furniture and look forward to having all the new items in my apartment. Thanks to all at Slumberland Furniture who have made this a memorable purchase for me.

I orded 2 couches from them online and only liked 1 so I asked the front desk lady if I could return on for a refund. She said yes and would take care of it. A refund charge was pending on my card and then It disappeared. I called the lady I worked with and said she didnt know what happened and couldn't do anything about it. I called Slumberland Coroporate office and they told me she shouldn't of done that and she did it all wrong and didn't try to complete the refund. Very sketchy experience with Slumberland and would not recommend.
