“I called ahead, and was politely greeted and the well informed owner / employee informed me that my phone screen repair was doable, and easily listed the price for such a repair.Later I entered the shop, and was greeted professionally and kindly and the repairs were made immediately. repair time took no longer than 15minutes which is pretty dang fast in comparison to some other phone repairs i've had in the past where i've had to leave my phone and return an hour or two later.I inquire before parting whether the shop would be able to retrieve old photos from old phones such as flip / slide phones and was informed that yes, this should be doable, and i fully intend to return and hopefully retrieve uncorrupted data from memories long ago.”
