Called and explained to service that my Ram truck came from Canada and asked about warranty. I also explained that I knew I had broken manifold bolts (who doesn’t? “Engineered to fail”… Thanks Chrysler..). I was told it should be covered, so brought it in. Then I get a call to tell me I had broken manifold bolts (thanks for the news), and it would not be covered because my truck was of Canadian origin (that’s why I asked FIRST, and what a sham by Chrysler! Way to stand behind your products!)They wanted over $900. For one manifold/side… Then I got a bill for over $70 for diagnostics I had already done myself.

Well I was returning a uhaul trailer and received help from the service dept moving my trailer and parking it which was outstanding so they get a star for that. When went for my receipt Allison was friendly as should be expected. Service came with a smile from her so a star for that. In fact, I was ready to write a five star review. However I do have one complaint.Upon getting my receipt from Carolyn, the pregnant lady at the front desk, very stern and unfriendly demeanor. Tried to figure out why and then I thought to myself that this shouldn't be an issue because how you,as a customer, are treated out the door matters!!!I mentioned my feelings to Dan and he said he couldn't deal with it at the moment but in my opinion you need a friendlier person at the desk. Service with a smile is always relevant. If you don't care about service a smile go here otherwise think twice.

The Service Department has very poor communication skills. I took my car in to get fixed and was charged $158 to tell me nothing was wrong and when the same issues continued, I called to let them know that I was having the same issues. I was told to drop my car off on a Monday. I let them know that I would drop it off on Sunday night. I hadn’t heard anything from them so on Thursday I called and got attitude from one of the technicians. They didn’t even know my car was there. They stated that they would pull it in and take a look. I finally got a phone call letting me know the problem. When I told him that it should be covered under my warranty that I purchased when I bought the vehicle from them he stated that he would call me back. That never happened and tomorrow will be 1 week since they’ve had my car. Good thing I have a second vehicle to use! Communication with clients is key to promoting good customer service. Once my warranty is up, I am done with these clowns!

Excellent service department. I was visiting from out of state and needed some repairs that my local dealer couldn’t seem to find time for. Iverson’s took care of everything. Good communications - they let me know what was going on and got the repairs completed in 24 hours despite having to order a part.

We bought a Buick Enclave from Wade Hoesing. He was extremely professional and went out of his way to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. All the staff were so nice and willing to go above and beyond for us! Great job Iverson Huron!!

I purchased a Kia from the Huron dealership. Wade Hoesing was my salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles I was looking at. Wade was able to find me the perfect vehicle with all the extras I wanted and body style with it being in my budget. Wade and all the staff were very friendly and made it a great experience. I highly recommend them!!!!

We recently purchased a Ram 1500 from Iverson’s in Huron. We highly recommend working with Wade. We did not know him prior but we are very satisfied with our experience. Not only did he bring the pickup to Huron from Mitchell the day after we called, the service dept also did a great job! We had them install a couple of additional items that we purchased and the work was completed timely, just as promised.In the future we will look to Iverson’s for our vehicle needs.Did we just become best friends?!Darwin & Trina Hofer

The lease on my Ford Edge was coming up and my husband has always wanted a Mustang! I talked to Dan Heidinger @ Huron Iversons and asked that he keep an eye out for us! A couple week’s later he called to tell me they had a few coming in and set it up for us to come take a look! Dan had the 2 I was considering from the pictures sitting side by side with the tops down when we got there! It didn’t take long to decide and Dan made the buying process amazingly simple! Best decision and we’re loving our pretty lil Mustang!
