It's a nightmare for me, they tell you to pick up your car today, at noon you can pick it up the next day after 3 days, and they told me that they changed the 2 lug nuts but when they checked my car only one was changed, I didn't like that. It was terrible for me.

I took my car in to have the muffler looked at. It seems the entire seam had come apart and couldn't be fixed. It had to be replaced. The estimate they gave me was true to price. I took the car out of town the next day and it would kick and jerk every time I accelerated. Plus the Service Stabilitrack and Service Traction Control lights came on. I took it back and they confirmed I needed my spark plugs changed. It was the next week before I could get it fixed but they had it done the same day and for the price I was quoted. It runs excellent now.

I went in to get my dad’s car fixed because of a brake issue. Because I didn’t get an estimated finish date I called them and asked for an update on the car, the person originally said $250 before someone in the back said it was still getting fixed, they said it’d be done the next day. I didn’t receive a call the next day regarding whether it was finished or not so I called them and they said it’d be done the next day. Another day passed and the car wasn’t fixed. My dad and uncle went there a couple other times and they always said tomorrow, but when tomorrow came it wasn’t finished. This went on about 6-7 time and each time they said tomorrow. Two weeks and a half later they called to inform that it was fixed and the price ended up being near $1300. They were very dishonest with when the car would be finished, I would understand if they said it’d be done in 2-3 weeks but they repeatedly said tomorrow each time we asked for an update. The price was also wildly different from the first time I called for an update. They also never informed us about the delays either, we had to call or check with them each time. I wouldn’t recommend this place because of this experience.

I had my wrx come in for spark plug change, it turn out that I needed a whole lot more done. We talk about an estimate price and agree to continue. Ordering parts from Subaru dealership took way longer than expected . Which I don’t blame on Carlson’s at all, it was out of their hands, a couple months past bye and we finally get word that my parts came in and my car was done. I get to they payment part and it was double what the estimated price was. Sheesh! At least give me a-little warning or something, I’m not sure if most ppl would’ve been able to pay that amount up front. All and all the car runs great now, maby alittle better than it did before. Service is great maby just alittle more communication would be good. But I am satisfied
