“Had fuel pump changed 2 years ago. Done a great job. Fuel pump failed, but it had a lifetime warranty. Mark has been fabulous throughout the whole process. We don't live in Huron anymore, but suffice it to say, if our vehicle needs repair and is still driveable, we will bring it here.”

“Gotta give a shout out to this amazing company. I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and traveled from Sioux Falls to see my family, halfway to Huron my tire light came on. I googled their hours and said it was closed, so I took it to Walmart. First off the tire guy at Walmart sucks, we are pretty sure he never even took my tire off of the car. Secondly he tried to get me to get 4 new sets of tires because there was a nail close to my side wall. I was so stressed knowing I had to drive 2 hours back to Sioux Falls on a what I thought was a bad tire that I was going to have my dad follow me back just incase I had a blow out. My mom called Stan and even though he wasn’t in town he made a call and told us to head to the shop. Chris and the other gentleman, I unfortunately didn’t get his name, stayed late on a holiday weekend when they could be home with their families or even doing anything other than helping a stressed out 8 1/2 month pregnant lady. Chris took my tire off and never found a nail like the j*** at Walmart said there was, he discovered that it was my valve stem. They had my tire fixed so quick, I am so grateful for their and Stan’s service that I could’ve cried. If there was a way I could always come from Sioux Falls to Huron for any of my tire services I would in a heartbeat!”

“I had my wrx come in for spark plug change, it turn out that I needed a whole lot more done. We talk about an estimate price and agree to continue. Ordering parts from Subaru dealership took way longer than expected . Which I don’t blame on Carlson’s at all, it was out of their hands, a couple months past bye and we finally get word that my parts came in and my car was done. I get to they payment part and it was double what the estimated price was. Sheesh! At least give me a-little warning or something, I’m not sure if most ppl would’ve been able to pay that amount up front. All and all the car runs great now, maby alittle better than it did before. Service is great maby just alittle more communication would be good. But I am satisfied”

“Ok so I have been to this place many times and they have always been very nice and professional all the time. Today however, I learned that they are under new ownership, and I was just amazed by the level of service and professionalism under this new ownership. I didn't even have to get out of my car while did did the work. It was quick, had a lovely conversation with their team and it was a great experience overall.
