I have had nothing but great experiences with my postal service. When I go into this post office, the staff is always friendly. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait time, but I haven’t experienced anything too long. My mail carriers are always so nice and respectful. They go above and beyond for us and I just really appreciate them so much! I have loved getting to know them and I am grateful for their consistent deliveries. Mr. Tino and Mr. Jarrell always leave me with a smile. They’re top notch! They don’t get enough credit for all they do, rain, shine, or even snow!

I had a passport appointment scheduled at this location and it was canceled because they were short-staffed. My complaint is that they asked me to come in early but the voice-mail they left didn't say it was canceled just they were short-staffed and the staff that I inquired about it gave me attitude from the beginning with no solutions. I will never be returning to this location.

I had a package that was marked delivered, but was not placed in my mailbox. I went up to the post office, and the man at the front was very nice! He told me to go to the side and ring the doorbell twice for assistance locating my package. I did that and a woman who was also very nice got my info and told me they'd be in touch. Their systems were down, so at the moment there was nothing that they could do.I went home, and maybe an hour later, a man came and dropped off my package! Considering this time of year is extremely busy, they were nothing but kind, helpful and amazing.I know employees at post offices work crazy hours and manage a lot, and sometimes people do not give them the patience they deserve, or the thanks they need when situations like these do resolve in this manner, so thank you very much. I really appreciate it! Happy Holidays!

Friendly people who know what they’re doing and have real patience. For all the people who’ve dragged this USPS under the mud in their reviews - visit some other USPS locations, like in major cities. In NYC, they’ll turn you away, right to the back of the line, if your package isn’t already perfectly taped and addressed. Logistics organizations make mistakes. But the kind folks who work at this USPS are likely not the reason for your bad experience, and should not be a scapegoat for your bad review because you’re mad your precious Amazon package didn’t arrive in 2 days. Merry Christmas.

My package was out for delivery, then somehow it left apex and went to youngseville NC. The expected delivery date continues to change. It’s still not been delivered despite it arriving in Apex days ago. Delivery date is now tomorrow. It’s not that difficult a job. It sure would be great if someone with an IQ greater than 5 worked at USPS. Also, this particular location NEVER empties the drop boxes outside. When I went inside the drop box was crammed with other peoples packages so the door wouldn’t even open. Perhaps if they emptied what was in there it wouldn’t be jammed up. The line is always out the door and the employees move like sloths. It’s rather evident they’re lazy degenerates. USPS needs to be dismantled they’re obsolete and useless.

i’m starting to realize why usps almost went out of business. this week has been horrible for me and i wish companies used fedex or ups to deliver packages to my address instead. on tuesday they delivered a package of mine to the wrong address, when i went into the store they said they needed to talk to the lady who did my route and would contact me that night.. they never did. on wednesday i went in to follow up considering they never answer the phone there. the guy i talked to was nice and showed me on the computer where they delivered my package to the wrong address and needed to retrieve it. he promised me that a supervisor would call me that night with an explanation of what’s going on. once again they never called. today i tried going in there for a 3rd time but they are closed for veterans day. now today i get home and see a different package of mine laying on the side of the road because it wouldn’t fit in my mailbox. i’ve lived at this address for 3 years now and haven’t had problems like this. our postman recently retired and whoever has taken over his route is extremely lazy and doesn’t care about the packages they are delivering. i wish there was ways around never having to use usps again.

I visited twice this morning (10/1/2021, at 9:09AM EDT when I made a shipping address mistake and 10:50AM EDT when I returned, crying, trying to get some help to resolve the issue). At 10:50AM I was very noticeably upset about the mistake I made on a shipping address for a package I mailed out the first time I visited this morning at 9:09AM. The sales associate (I did not catch his name, but he was African American, did not have hair, and I think he was wearing glasses) sprang into action immediately and helped solve my problem. He went above and beyond to make sure I was OK and that my problem was resolved. Another sales associate working at the counter next to him (he was African American and had long, curly hair, and I think he was wearing glasses) also jumped into action to try to help his colleague and me solve the issue. They are both angels - so kind and understanding, and made what was about to be a terrible day for me, into a bright one again. They will remember me because I was the woman who walked in and immediately started crying and shaking uncontrollably. They both were my heroes this morning, especially the man with no hair. This location now has a loyal customer and I will tell everyone I know about how great the employees at this location were to me. The third man (his name was Joe) was also very kind to me. They all deserve the highest accolades. I can't say enough positive words about these three men, especially my hero, the man I described earlier with no hair and a HUGE heart (I apologize that this is the only description of him I can remember, I should have asked him his name, but I was just so flustered). I would give many more stars if I could.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses online and apparently usps lost my package. particularly this branch at apex has done absolutely nothing to help locate the box. I’ve gone to this post office twice now because of this and it seems like nobody has any idea what they are doing especially at the mail drop off area. I understand things happen, especially at busy times of the year, but the employees at this post office have shown little care for the fact their driver lost my package and nobody can find it

We were doing so good about actually properly placing mail in mailboxes and delivering packages. However today 2 of my packages are Mia and no one seems to know where they are. Funny thing is they were marked in mailbox and my mailbox is not actually big enough to hold anything more than a letter. So likely someone stole them or We're back to this we are slow as can be and we know it so we're just going to mark things as delivered before we actually deliver them sending people who are tracking their mail into an anxiety ridden tailspin looking for their mail at 8 o'clock at night because we're not actually competent enough to do our jobs. Id love to file a formal complaint online but I keep getting error mesages.

20Sep2020I go here nearly every week and have always experienced friendly service. The lines can sometimes be a little long but in my experience it’s usually because customers are asking random questions or don’t know how to fill out the paperwork. The postal workers are answering questions and moving to the next customer as soon as they can.
