They partnered with us for our vehicles for our new company and they have been very easy to work with. With back and forth on getting the logos exactly right to making it right when we needed something changed they have been nothing but cordial and pleasant. When we grow we know where we will keep coming for all other vehicles. Great job

CAUTION - This shop is not a professional shop. I would give a negative rating if it was possible. We hired WrapAbility to wrap our food truck. There has been zero to no communication on their end. They keep pushing the completion date back. We had the design graphics done by a professional firm. They have tried blaming the quality of the graphics. This firm has designed over 500+ Food Truck wraps and the number one company in the industry. The owner told us up front the graphics look great (JULY 2023) We were excited as they are a small town shop located in my hometown. Their office is only a block away from my house. Deposit paid on July 24th. They scheduled us to start the project on August 9th. We were told 7-10 days. They even reached out to get in early if we were able to.Timeline of events:- Truck was dropped off on August 9th- August 18 - No work had been done on truck as it sat in their parking lot for a full week. We had other events we had to cancel due to their delay. After excuses. We had to pick up the truck and reschedule, as they were holding up a couple of our contractors and events. They told us they had everything printed and they just needed to install it.- August 28th - Truck was dropped off again. Owner told me it would be done by end of the week. (Shocker) end of the week came and went they ignored calls and messages. Than blame the holiday weekend. Tell us it will be done by end of 9/08 or the morning of 9/11 at the latest.- August 30th, Truck has been moved into their shop. (Progress as we hoped)- September 7th - tried to get ETA and follow up. No answer.- September 8th - Called and messaged no answers- September 10th - Messaged on facebook that we need to pick up the truck asap.September 10th - The house of lies falls apart. - Owner states it will take another full week to finish as the graphics are not print ready or quality. (How is this possible, he previously stated he already printed everything) - Owner now claims he has printed it twice and will be charging me for time and materials. We informed owner we would be by to pick up the truck on 9/11 as this has been the worst experience ever. He pleads for another week with the truck. (No chance) this has already costs us thousands of dollars and they can't keep their lies straight. I would avoid this company with all costs.

The team at Wrapability really know their business. They sat down with me and showed all the various options for my wrapping needs, signage, and future business that I would be giving them in the future, along with referring friends, and business associates where to go to GETERDONE!

Fast, cheap and good! Most people say you can't have all 3. But, somehow, they made it happen!

Do NOT let this shop touch your project without first messaging me about my experience!!!I had a deal with the shop to do a full vehicle wrap on my tacoma. I paid my invoices IN FULL before ever dropping my truck off. I drove all the way from Rapid City to drop off my truck and Dave told me it would take 1-2 weeks to complete. We were in contact throughout that entire time and he seemed nice and fairly responsive. We had an agreed upon time for me to pick up my vehicle on a Wednesday so I made my way across the state to Sioux Falls. An hour before arriving I got a message saying my truck wasn’t quite done. I showed up at the shop and they were scrambling to finish it. All the fender flares were off, wrap material wasn’t cut, tons of bubbles, roof rack not on, no PPF was applied... (the list goes on). On top of that one of my expensive headlights was scratched badly - which he admitted to ($1000 value).I told Dave to take his time and finish it overnight and I would stay in Sioux Falls and meet him in the am. He was very appreciative for that and thanked me for being understanding. The next morning Dave was no where to be found. I called, texted, messaged online... no response whatsoever.I was forced to RENT A CAR to head back to rapid city and leave my 40k truck locked up in his shop! It has been 5 DAYS since I last heard anything from him. ZERO communication. I called the cops multiple times to try to assist me and was almost forced to take additional action.I was able to get my truck moved to another local shop that agreed to fix his work. The wrap has to be completely removed and re-applied (Cost of another full wrap).I have NEVER witnessed such blatant disregard for customer service in my life. To say I had a horrendous experience would be an understatement. I will validate any of the above info for any potential customer wanting to see it. I just want to protect anyone from going through what I just went through.GO. SOMEWHERE. ELSE.
