I went to Dollar General today and noticed they have Easter items where you buy 1 and get 1 free. I bought 2 items on the area where the sign was and I didn't get the other item free. The cashier gave me refund for both because she said the items I got weren't included with that special. I told her then they should remove those items and other items off that section if they aren't included. There were other items like what I got that were also on that area.I also bought a package each of the GeneratE Heavy Duty batteries (1 pkg AAA & the other pkg was AA). EACH $1.00 per pkg, 6 per pkg.I brought them home and found out none of the batteries worked. So now I have to go there to return them. Not the first time this has happened.

I went into the store in Hartford on Saturday evening to grab a few items and the checkout girl was not wearing a mask although the sign on the door says masks are required.

Employees are always helpful and friendly. And they have just about everything you would need to use for household items and l love the line of clothes they carry.

I was in DG and I Accidentally dropped some Thing and nothing happened i tried to switch it out and this girl said you better buy that or u are going to get banned from the store if u do that again. and I have been going there for years and she treated me like that never buying anything from them again.
