“Ace Hardware in Tea, is a great place to shop. All the employees are always so pleasant and helpful. Good selection of items. The only thing that is a little negative which applies to all the Ace Stores is they do not do a military discount. Having said that I still prefer shopping at Ace and not driving into Sioux Falls.”
“I'm going to paint the picture: I've been stopping here since 2009 when I moved to town. If you brush up to an employee, they really nail customer experience. And to hammer that home, ask any employee a question and they'll take great care of you. Sometimes you need a specific bolt or washer and think, "Man I'm screwed. Where can I even find one of these?!" Bolt to Ace. They got you covered in their hardware area. I'll level with you - great selection. Want to grab fresh popcorn on the way out? They measure up and got that covered, too. Also, you'll never guess what I saw last time I was there: Really cool cookie cutters. Does that even make sense? No, but I'm never... board... wondering the aisles.”

“I called about snow blower availability and talked to Dallas. He told me what they had in stock and was very knowledgeable on the product. When I went to the store to pay, he explained the snow blower, how to take care of it and how to run it. He agreed to deliver it to my home free of charge. When he delivered, he again explained how to operate it and then made sure I was comfortable with operating it before he left.”
“Finally checked out this store that on the outside looks like it should be on a postcard. And the inside was just as clean and well kept as the picture perfect exterior. “Wish I would have paid more attention to names, but there were two gentlemen here who really went above and beyond when I recently purchased a mower. One lifted it into my trunk and offered to come by my house after work, on his own time, to lift it out. Another completed the warranty registration for me, after I struggled for 3 days to get it completed. Bravo!”
“Schoeneman's had the solution I needed when it came time to replace my 50+ year old single pane windows. Don Kaarre, from the Sioux Falls store, had all the answers I needed for a direct replacement of my awning style units. The product selection was good and the unit price was well within my budget. The windows arrived in relatively good time and Don had arranged with a local installer to remove the old windows and install the new. The installer showed up ready to work and had all the new windows installed in under two days. Amazing quality of work! They look great and function as designed. I'm very happy with the result.”

“Definitely recommend bomgaars all the people are really nice very helpful they have a ton of stuff you typically don’t find in a small town it’s definitely the place to go if the local store doesn’t have it. Surprisingly they normally have ammo as well to which is something you really don’t find nowadays in many of the big box stores. Definitely check what they have on sale they normally have some really good deals as well.”

“I went in looking for a pressure washer. Funny thing about that I didn't feel pressured. An associate approached me after 2-3 minutes and asked if I had any questions which I did. He was able to answer my questions and get me setup with a unit I am very happy with. Of course he recommended some additional products and listed the benefits but I didn't feel pressured to buy them. All though I did at his recommendation buy a few small things like oil and the service plan. He also gave me some really good advice on servicing the washer that wasn't in the manual but I do feel will benefit me. Sadly I don't remember the mans name however I will say this was my best northern tool experience and will certainly return to this location.”

“I needed help in window blinds, couldn't find anyone so went to front desk. A lady there said she would find someone. I went back to the blinds area and waited. Shortly the lady came to the area and told me the staff was busy with other customers but would be there shortly. Very soon the young man came and did an excellent job. Both employees were very helpful.”
