I went there yesterday to get a gallon of water and some radiator fluid (50/50 mix) of course they don't have the radiator fluid that my car takes which is okay. It's a gas station. That's understandable. I figured I would just put the gallon of water in to be safe and it was $4.68 for an off-brand gallon of water that they probably paid $0.70 for. I know we're undoor inflation right now, but there's no need to make almost 600% on that gallon of water.I used to come to this gas station and get food all the time during lunch seeing as I work in town but probably not anymore because that's just ridiculous.

If I could give this store 10 stars I would!! It doesnt matter who is working they are all very friendly staff!! I've been in their almost 15 days in a months time and I dont even live in Harrisburgh! Cashiers are just the nicest if you need help they will help you with a smile especially the females they have working their. All in all great selection of drinks, but the individuals working their make it all worth while coming inn!!

Changing ownership and my experience was poor along with several others. The cashier had long blonde hair and was pregnant. She would not listen to me when I told her I had an account. The manager of the old BP stepped in and made things right. She was not humbled by her error. The next gentleman was looking for a Crunch king size bar stating they were new. She just said our company does it different then other companies and that was that. No offer to check and see if the new king size crunch candy bar could be added. I can get them, and all my other convenience needs, somewhere else. A group of us watched her attack a lady in front of us all. I see her in the store once a month for a couple years. She just gathers data and makes recommendations. The lady handled it calmly and quietly with the old BP manager and the whole time the cashier butted in saying Friendly's probably will not want her in the store. What in the world. Why not? She is knowledgable in her field, works with several different distributors and travels to over 200 stores in different corporate entities.

I have tried to stay local for years at Sam's BP and the morning crew is always very good and professional. I have lived in Harrisburg for 15 years and have always stayed true to to Sam's. In the past year, I have noticed a considerable decline in the customer service at Sams and sadly, have decided that due to the poor attitudes in the late afternoon and evening, I will be choosing Casey's over local. Perfect example, my mom is in town from over 10 hours away - decided to stop in (I always encourage her to shop at Sams) and purchased some items. When she asked for a bag, the cashier simply laid a bag on top of the items for HER to bag up her stuff. Once again, I encourage new people in town to choose a chain over our once local favorite simply because people cannot smile and provide simple customer service taught to high schoolers modeled by the grocery store across the road at Fareway.

Rude staff of old ladies, ready to snap at any moment. I feel real bad everytime a customer inconveniences them by wanting to purchase an Item from this location. Hate to put them out of the constant smoke break they are on in front of the store.. you're not working at a bar with a bunch of rude drunks, you work at a gas station... as a gas station attendant, that should require you to have some sort of customer service skills. Casey's seems to know how to do it right, I'll take my business across the street.

I ordered a pizza from the pizza shop in the store. And it's very good. I wish I lived in Harrisburg this way I can have this pizza all the time. Way better then Casey's store

Did carryout. Told 15 to 18 minutes via the phone call. Was more like 30 only because they didn't flag us down once our order was ready after we had been there and said we were there for our carryout order. Cold fries and stale. Wings were a good flavor and warm (gold flavor) no ranch to go. On the small side for wings...fried chicken was warm, again cold fries. Be awhile before we try them again.

Very clean store, genuinely nice staff. The fuel pumps are a little too far away from store when its cold and they really need to make the front door less of a chore to open though.
