Honestly I started with Sioux Falls FCU and grew with them as Levo. They are in a good biased way, the best financial advisor(s) I have yet done Business with. “I just opened an account with Voyage at the 12th Street location. I was directed to the Main Branch to obtain my debit card. When I walked into that Branch, Daniel was awesome. He was busy at the drive up but greeted me kindly and told me he would be right with me. Even though he was busy he had excellent customer service skills and was patient!! Good customer care seems to be a lost art these days. Give the guy a raise!! Thank you Daniel”

Whether we are there for personal or business reasons, the staff is always incredibly helpful and kind! “came in today 10/23 around 330-4pm to make a loan payment and noticed Suraiya was the only teller working! From handling walk in customers to also the drive thru (mind you there is more than 1 drive thru) Im not sure what had happen to the other workers and/or if the person sitting in one of the office could assist customers when it gets busy but she handled it like a boss.Suraiya, this review is for you from a customer of Service First for 3 years.. you did amazing and I hope you get recognized for your hard work today. You were working non stop and held your composure even if there were many of us waiting. You acknowledge every single car that came through the drive thru as well as the walk in customers. As well as helping me making my loan payment - you were quick and efficient! You definitely had a great flow. Im hoping that your name is Suraiya, given that you were jumping from the drive thru teller desk and the walk in desks, i couldnt tell and i would feel as if id ask your name while alot was going on, itd throw you off. “so I had posted then deleted a review that was.bad because, well, they kicked out my daughter who was hacked. I was obviously upset by it all, so I left bad reviews. well, long story short, I was contacted by the regional manager, who looked into what happened and he offered an apology. I will be grateful they caught the hack, but I am beyond grateful they did correct a wrong. I highly recommend this bank. they could have just let us all go, but instead they went beyond the necessary things to help us out.”
