I purchased shocks and struts on my own to save money. I called Don’s to get them installed. He told me we don’t like customers to buy their own parts. He also mentioned that my phone number wasn’t even local. He said “we don’t have time anyway”.He sounded angry at me!VERY rude!!!So much for keeping my business local ?
