Paul is very friendly, and his service goes above and beyond. He drove clear to Sioux Falls, SD. to tow my Penske truck all the way to my house in Brookings, SD tonight in Negative 20 degree weather, so My Family could get our belongings into our new Home.I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is ever in need of a true expert in towing.

Paul was great to work with. We went through our warranty service and were told it would be close 90 minutes. Paul came in 30 minutes, and found us despite the wrong coordinates given to him by the roadside assistance company. Super friendly and helpful, quick and efficient. He also talked to the repair place and got us a loaner vehicle to use while they worked on our vehicle. Thank you for a great experience during a very frustrating time!

If you’re reading this cause you’re broke down anywheres near Mitchell, SD you should call this tow company.My truck broke down driving through Mitchell, SD late at night. Within 15 minutes Paul had a guy to us to take my truck to his shop and they dropped us off a motel for the night. Next morning (on a Sunday) he dug into the motor and let me know how fubar my truck was. And then the next day he was a huge help loading my truck on a trailer getting us on our way. All this for a real reasonable price. If you’re reading this Paul thanks again for all the help.

My transfer case went out on I90 by Mitchell, the state trooper who showed up got us in contact with Paul and he did the rest. He got us to Sioux falls to meet up with a ride and was extremely helpful in every way. Huge shout out to south Dakota state patrol and Paul for helping us get off the freeway safely.

I would highly recommend Paul's Towing, a family operation. It was about 1AM, and our Ram 3500 broke down on our family vacation. Paul's wife answered the phone. She was very friendly and assured us she would get Paul out there to tow our vehicle to the dealership. Shortly thereafter, Paul showed up. He was very friendly and professional. He handled our situation and got the vehicle to the dealership.

Wanted to charge full price of 100$ for a tire change to loan me a tool to remove my lug nuts because they were too tight, I did all the work. I was also only 4 miles from their location. Would not recommend to anyone who doesn't like greedy people.Service: Tire change

Paul is an honest business man who knows what he is doing. We had an axle break on our big fifth wheel. Paul go us safely off the highway to where we could stay. Within 24 hours he had the axle repaired and we were on our way! Paul charges far less than we would pay in Orlando. We would recommend him if you want honesty at a good price. He is a great guy!

Paul was a lifesaver for me when I was traveling across the state and had a significant incident. Paul came as soon as Uhaul contacted him, and he got in touch with me to communicate how long it would take, where he was at the time, and reassure me that all would be well. Once Paul showed up, he was extremely polite, reassuring, knowledgeable, and efficient. He went out of his way to help me, visit with me about my journey, and was pleasant enough to give me advice and help if needed down the line. Called and he immediately responded. Since we were from out of state, had no idea where to go to get tire repaired. After he changed the flat tire, he had us follow him to a place where they had it fixed and ready to go in no time. Appreciate the help he gave us. Thanks!!

We were brought to Paul from another towing company to get help with our truck. Had we known what a great service he provides we would have called him first for all our needs. It was later in the evening and he went over and above to get us on back on the road. To top off the stressful evening he gave us a fair price to fix our truck with a brand new alternator. I’d recommend his company to anyone!
