Service department is exceptional! We’re full time in our rv and had an a/c stop working, Monty got us in right away and ordered parts to fix it. He pushed to get the a/c working as Pierre was a day away from seeing 102 degree heat. He was welcoming and service oriented, offered to fill our water tanks before we left. Kept the rig plugged in for us to keep our fridge running too. Side note, sales and front area were unwelcoming (don’t let that turn you away) Service dept guys were phenomenal! 5 Stars for Monty, he will take care of you.

I asked for trade in value before shopping and he refused until we picked out a camper! Then he misrepresented the company and we feel he lied about our trade in value! He looked up blue but ok by our VIN before and offered a high trade! They lured us and was promising us a very high trade-in value for our camper until we picked out a camper that we like to, and then they came to our home and viewed our camper and then offered us considerably less per camper, which is very disheartening and very misleading because we would never have even Tried to buy a new camper if they hadn’t told us that they would give us a certain amount for our so that we had a nice trade-in for the new camper! They were very dishonest in our eyes that you let us to believe we could purchase a new camper with the significant down And there’s absolutely nothing wrong with our camper and will never shop there never to shop there!

The process started off as a great experience but the follow through is lacking greatly. Over 2 weeks to get the brand new camper we bought in for a final check before we could take delivery only to find out the unit had issues and would not actually be ready for us to take delivery even though we had been told it would be and made camping Reservations that we are now out the money for because we couldn't get a straight answer.Getting updates on the progress of our camper was also a nightmare. Everyone wants to blame the delays on everyone else and not actually take accountability for the breakdown in communication.The main takeaway is that they will bend over backwards to lure you in the door and get you to buy, but the minute money has exchanged hands they could care less and are already focused on acquiring the next new customer and not on ensuring the existing customer is thoroughly taken care of.

These folks are the best. Always so helpful, if they don't have it, they will find. A newbie when it comes to having a travel trailer and they have taught me so much and helped me fix it up.

Drove 360 miles to trade my vehicle and purchase a used vehicle they had on the lot. The price was very good, the deal went smoothly, and Jason was good to work with. Unfortunately the vehicle had a mechanical issue driving back home. However Jason and Rick made it right for me. Would return for a future purchase.
