I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service skills and assistance along with a rude attitude displayed by the window clerk named Dawn. She was short mannered and impatient with me and when I expressed my discontent with how impolite she was, she raised her voice at me and blamed me instead of apologizing. When I shared my experience with family and friends, I discovered that this is not the first time happening with this same employee. I hope her manager will address the concern.

They ignore section 125.361a of the Postal Operations Manual and disallow postings for public assembly on their community board while allowing private businesses to advertise on quasi-federal property. Shameful
