Do Not Use Their Services! I am not sure what is going on over there, but they can't seem to get it together! They have sent our mail to wrong addresses, not once... but twice Now. They don't own up to their mistakes and have been very rude!

We have been using their service for the last three years. I was happy with the service until we needed to cancel. They refused the give us back the credit that was on our account and customer service was quite rude. If you’re looking for a mail forwarding address, they will do the trick; but if you’re looking for good customer service I’d keep looking for other companies in SD.

Everyone has always been very professional, helpful and friendly here. Have visted the office twice and they were very nice including bruce and susan. Dont know what the one persons rant was all about. Maybe a competitor. We have been with them over 15 yrs and never a problem.

I'm not sure about the few folks who give MY Home Address and Bruce a bad review. I couldn't disagree more. We have been with MHA for many years and find their service and employees to be outstanding. I have personally worked with Bruce numerous times and find him both knowledgeable and professional. I suspicion the problem is not MHA or Bruce !!! If case you don't understand they are a business with every right to make money for their services. I find their services and fees reasonable and reliable, if you find someone else you like better, go for it.MHA gets our vote of confidence.

There are better mail forwarding services in South Dakota. The "new" owner, Bruce, is out for the money and customer service comes after everything else. The measure of a good company is not when things go well but how they respond when things don't. You will not receive attention to your problem unless it convent for them.

We joined MHA about 2017 and have been very satisfied with all service. They are kind and easy to do business with. They made everything easy to transfer over from another state including registering our motorhome and tow. We travel full time in our 38 ft motorhome. Thanks for taking great care of our property.

we have been customers of My Home Address, Inc for over 14years we have never had a problem, they are prompt, courteous, and very helpful, I am a traveling RN and have changed addresses many times over the years, all I have to do is call when my address changes and I start receiving my mail at the new address the very next week or when I specify. I have been a customer for about six months. We travel extensively (this last stint has been about two years). They answer emails and phone calls consistently and have been wonderful. Inexpensive and an incredible bargain.

This is an excellent mail forwarding and virtual mailbox. I work with the DOD and travel worldwide. I need access to my home mail. Whenever I am deployed or on vacation I consistantly receive my mail either scanned to my email or forwarded to my current location. The My Home Address inc. is a family owned and operated service business. The owner Bruce personally takes care of all my mailing needs with the best prices I have seen. Hey ~ a friend has been getting HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL service with this mail forwarding service. They have mailed her stuff to the wrong address, stuff has completely Disappeared and gone Missing, Etcetera.... Just too many things to list here but Obviously it's been Nothing short of a NIGHTMARE dealing with these people and it sad that they are in business because they're Clearly not Competent and Professional.On top of all the Errors and mistakes they've made, they're not even pleasant to people and they have a Hostile, Abusive Demeanor, so Naturally one does not want to deal with people who are Incompetent, Unprofessional, and have contempt for their customers - that doesn't make any sense and I'm not sure why they think it's normal or okay to treat people like that. Obviously they wouldn't enjoy paying for such nonsense either. They make things up and Don't accept Responsibility for their behaviors like Normal Competent Honest Professional adults do. They just make things up as they go along and go out of their way to make people's life hell.

Are you a full-time RV'er? If so, become a South Dakota resident and save tons on many costs. My Home Address will forward all your mail at a low cost. Plus, they helped us with everything it took to become South Dakotans. Helpful is what they are, and they are good at it. Highly recommended.
