This room would not get any warmer than 61 degrees. Not good and no one would answer the door or registration area to help. One woman was in the hallway who could only say, no English, and she left. The towels were obviously dirty, and the water had no heat. My daughter paid good money for a horrible room. Do not stay here unless you absolutely have to. I Live in Dell Rapids and I am ashamed to say this is our only choice for a hotel. I will have her stay in Sioux Falls next time.

This should be labeled as a motel not a hotel. The staff was hard to understand and barely audible when checking in. The room was awful barely anything to sleep on and the shower had black mold on the curtains. AC doesn’t work and there was lamp cords wrapped around a door that connected to another room. Does not look properly cleaned and there is an awful smell in the hallways. I advise not to come here if you are looking for something clean and comfortable.

Very dirty rooms. My son found a cockroach in his room. Our room was just disgusting. Mystery stains on the box spring and carpet. Corners of the rooms have dirt in them. Clearly missed by housekeeping. Also a very horrible smell in our room. Just pass this place by and stay in Sioux Falls. I work in a motel and this place is very unexceptable 114 has a very bloody box spring. 107 has broken door locks and they use a lamp cord to tie the door shut. Also in 107 is a lg amount of cockroaches in the cabinets... I have pics of it all.

There is a oder coming from our room there are stains on the carpet the beds are hard the sheets looked clean but the pillows old and worn out our son found a bug in his room the towels are thin and worn out should have been replaced along time ago just dont stay here stay in sioux

Nothing fancy, but a nice place to sleep if you're traveling through. Very quiet, even though it was full that night. Housekeeping does need a little extra attention as we pointed out to owner upon leaving.

Quiet place but the pillows and towels are less than desirable. Check in process is all on paper and breakfast options where very minimal and it looked like no one was refilling things as they where empty.

This was one of the worst motels that my family has ever stayed in. The owner was very rude, the rooms were outdated, dirty and gross. The pull out couch had no bedding and the springs were broken. The breakfast consisted of small dry muffins and cereal. The only positive was that it was the only motel in Dell Rapids and so the location was good for us.

Had to stop there because of really bad roads/weather two weeks ago. Gentleman at the desk was friendly and courteous. Rooms seemed a little older, but bed was comfortable, room was clean. I have no complaints for just an over night stay.

Breakfast needs to improve, otherwise everything was good. Bed was comfortable, pillows could be more softer. Staff friendly, would stay there again.

Two strong points: 1) the room had windows that actually opened. Wow, that meant "fresh air"; 2) plenty of hot water. Downhill from there. The towels are paper thin. Two towels had mysterious pale, yellow spots reminding one of some kind of body tragedy. The carpet was very dirty. Upon lifting the toilet seat, I found the toilet itself dotted with yellow drippings which I promptly cleaned. Old furniture in the room whispered stories of multiple generational use. None of which invited one to settle back and relax. From desk human showed little hospitality. In short, this king-sized bed room was highly over priced, an astounding $140.00 in all. Please,fellow travelers, keep looking some place else. You can definitely get more bang for your buck someplace else. Our stay was for one night, 7/30/2022.

Language barrier!!! Management called me a liar, because 6 people walked in with me. They were not all planning to stay!! Pull out couch is a joke, missing springs, trash in it, mattress couldn't be more uncomfortable!! Breakfast is a joke! Just the way Management spoke to me was enough for me!!! The toilet was SUPER LOUD!! The room next door had a child that cried all night, no noise barriers. You couldn't pay me to stay there again!!

Nice front desk guy, the rest is not so great. Found a used bar of soap in shower, used hotel shampoo at sink. Some sort of poo or blood on back of bathroom door by the handle, same on the shower curtain. One clean, one dirty towel. No fitted sheets, just an over sheet tucked in with like grease stains or whatever on them. Had to clean a huge sticky mess from the mini fridge to use it. Like an exploded pop or something. Free breakfast was sandwich baggied Bagel bottums or two pieces of bread with Perkins jam packets. Should have paid HALF what we did... for the value
