Highly recommend people stay away. The customer service will never change. They've obviously had this issue for years but won't do anything to change it. Big d really knows how to pick them. Try to better yourselves not just for you but your company and employees.. Want to talk about worthless?

Debit card was charged $75 for gas I never pump waiting for a refund still what a joke manager was a complete jerk as well if you don’t like people don’t be a manager

We stopped there while we were passing through the area. They had a very helpful staff that were friendly. The store had a nice assortment of snack, drinks and we also bought some washer solvent

One of the employees was crazy aggressive and rude regarding parking. We are not from deadwood and did not know about the parking/tent situation. We made a purchase in this store and were going to check out the tent in the parking lot and he was sitting smoking a cigarette and was super aggressive about not parking there and my husband said that we were going to check out the tent and this employee got up and very aggressively and rudely said "okay I'll call the tow truck" and went inside.The level of aggression towards customers was very scary and off putting. This employee could have handled that situation so much better without being aggressive.

Purchased a Personal Pepperoni Pizza from here, it was Great! Wish it was a bigger operation to compete with Marcos and Pizza Lab! The service here was great as well, kind Employees!!

Poor customer service. Ordering pizza and asking any type of question seems to be an annoyance regardless who is working at the time. Coffee isn't even made at 7am in the morning.

Very prompt service. There’s a cashier there, I think she said her name was Nikki. Anytime we come in she is very kind and always laughing. She always makes the visit worthwhile. Chesters chicken is our go to when in town, too. Keep up the good work Big D!

If I could give zero I would, this place has gone down hill since they have replaced all their old employees. I called to make an order and a girl named kala answered the phone and when I told her I wanted to make an order for papa John's she asked me to hold and put the phone down, I could hear her helping other customers and did not let anyone know I was the phone for 5 minutes waiting to make an order. I finally put my order in for 2 simple things, now I havent ate from there in 2 months because I had a bad experience last time. I get my food home had no dipping sauce that should have been with the cheese sticks and nothing for my papadia or how ever you spell it theres normally dipping sauce with that too. I cut some cheese sticks up for my son who is autistic and loves their cheese sticks and as I'm taking a bite out of 1 of mine I noticed there was a rubber string inside my cheese stick mind you I have already ate 1 and my son has ate most of his. This is the second time I have had some sort of plastic in my cheese sticks, so I have no idea if we ate more plastic or if it was just that piece. No point in trying to get a refund and my papadia has all the meat and cheese in the middle with a lot of extra crust. I wish big D could just go back how it used to be and Nick would come back. It's not worth spending your money there for anything else besides gas.

I only put 1 star because I cannot put zero stars. Went in for lunch at 2pm may 6 2020. Stood at Chester chicken counter for 10 min without recognition. When I asked if I could order food I was told "I'm out because I had a lunch rush and will have to bake it". Still didn't take my order. I would have kindly waited for it to cook if she would have taken my order. Very disappointed as I like Chester chicken. Left and went elsewhere.

For the most part they are friendly but there's a couple that are just flat out rude no matter what time or how often you go in. And don't bother asking her a question about anything in the store cuz apparently she knows nothing
