Update to my original review.
The postal workers today delivered packages later in the evening than they usual today. According to the gal at the post office the trucks were “loaded”. Thank you to our postal workers for working extra hard today with so many packages needing delivered.

DOING MUCH BETTER! THANK YOU. I am very disappointed in our post office twice now I have not received my packages! They told me that the package was delivered to our mail box but I live at an apartment building where the mailboxes are all put together. When I call to tell them the issue they put it on me, told me I needed to contact the company that sent the package but yet their GPS said it made it to the mailboxes! The postal carrier is the one responsible! What if it was a medication or something very serious? I will be putting a letter in the paper on this matter because the package was very important to me and the postal master and his employees acted like it was my fault. What is this world becoming when you can't even trust the people who deliver your mail. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!

Diver won't deliver packages to the house, he leaves slips saying we weren't home. We have him on camera not attempting to deliver.

That' s a pretty beautiful post office. But the employee at the counter was very unfriendly and rude. Felt like I was disturbing her by buying some post stamps.

I live two blocks away for past 7 years. They still manage to deliver packages to the wrong address. Last name is posted inside the mail box.

I’m new here in town and ordered off Amazon. I received a notification from Amazon that the usps delivery driver claimed my package was not able to be delivered to home address. The house it 200 feet from the road. Within 20 minutes of receiving the notification I went to ask why they couldn’t deliver and never receive an explanation on why, meanwhile my package was there at the facility?? So at this point I assume they don’t deliver big boxes…? Not really a big issue but the reason for bad review is the usps representative Rae/Ray was so rude by not listening huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes when she walked off and spoke with negative attitude! Even the man behind me agreed, so I assume this is a regular thing. Postmaster should redirect her with improvement on customer service skills because I will not put up with someone not having the decency to be nice to others customer or not!

I had a VERY important package containing medical equipment/supplies not be delivered on 5/5 because “it could not fit in the mailbox”. The mailman left a notice/card about redelivery with no other information. The notice did not say they would try to redeliver or that I could pick it up at the post office, it was just blank. I scanned the QR code on the notice which took me to the USPS website and scheduled to have my boyfriend pick up the package at the Post Office on 5/6. I even got a confirmation email from USPS regarding the pickup on 5/6. I talked to the local mailman on 5/6 who told me that they do NOT ever actually redeliver, once you get the redelivery notice you have to go pick up the package at the Post Office. My boyfriend went to pick up the package at the Post Office (as I had scheduled online) and they had no idea where the package was. After a few minutes they determined that they redelivered the package on 5/6 IN the mailbox… Apparently a one-day diet did the trick for this package, as one day prior it would not fit in the mailbox... I cannot even express how frustrating and disappointing this has all been. I had even talked to the mailman on 5/5 because I was worried the package would not be delivered and sure enough it was not.

This building is historic in every way. When I went inside it wasn't busy and the service from the clerk was prompt. I had to purchase some postcard postage stamps. Since we are still in the C19 pandemic they required that you use masks to go inside.

I like how the Crazy Horse memorial has way more to see and do than Mt. Rushmore. You can watch a short film that explains how the memorial got its start, learn info about the sculptor and his family, and hear about the plans for the grounds. There are native artifacts, art, etc. in the on-site museum, if that's of interest to you (my friend and I skipped this part). The entrance fee is expensive, but it's because the memorial has never accepted government funds. This is something worth seeing once!

Lots of information. Inspiring in what one person can envision. Encouraging in that he never accepted government money. Few people can make that claim these days.

Enjoyed this more than Mt. Rushmore. Would recommend stopping to see this! It is impressive!
