“We were tourists up for The Black Hills Rally on the way to Deadwood when a three wheeler on a demo ride crossed into our lane causing a head on collision and $27,000 in damage to our only vehicle!Our insurance gave my wife three choices in the area. My wife looked up collision repair and found 5 star reviews for Black Hills. Beau and Michael own Black Hills. She dealt mostly with Beau. Having dealt with auto body places for 45 years, we were anxious. Especially considering we are from Texas, our Armada was stuck in Spearfish and the pandemic with it's supply chain problems.We have NEVER had such an exemplary positive experience with a collision repair shop! Beau was over the top informative and responsive. He called us with updates all the way to the end and after. “To the best dealership and workers, hands down! I want to start off by saying if I could give Juneks 6 stars I would, I purposely drive to Juneks from Rapid City for their professionalism and experience . I have lived in 6 different states across the U.S and I have NEVER experienced a business that cares like Juneks and their team about treating the customer amazing and easing a difficult vehicle situation. My jeep had extensive electric issues and they gave me updates on the status and worked with the extended warranty company on cost coverage and rentals. I want to give a special thanks to the two service writers, Troy and Rich and the Shop Foreman Chris. I am a mechanic myself and at no point in time did I lose faith in the electric issues not getting repaired due to the three gentleman above. They worked rigorously troubleshooting, implementing a star case and truly explaining in detail any issues and progress so forth. I wish the world had more people like Troy, Rich and Chris. Thanks for everything and it was a pleasure working with you, Juneks is my dealership for life!

“Took my car to Walmart for a new battery cuz it was cheaper but. Then the car wouldn't start a week later so ended up getting a charge and taking it to Auto Zone. These guys found the problem that walmart had caused, a loose cable to the right post and fixed it up with a shim. Manager there was awesome.”

“After losing a screw to my starter assembly on my Harley I stopped here and the guy just came out and took a hour of his time to find the right part . Tried at least 4 different screws until he found the right one . Would of been a kick in the butt without that 1 part . Anyway hats off to the people that work there . I guarantee if it would a auto zone or another national store it would not have happened.”
