This is one of my favorite places to eat at. Or at least it was... I had dinner there Sunday evening and everything was fine until our waiter came. He was extremely rude right off the bat and had attitude the entire time we were there. I was very uncomfortable and honestly didn't even want to stay there to eat my food. I really hope this waiter doesn't work here for long because this is one of my favorite places to eat. They have amazing food! My boyfriend went up to pay for food that we ate and tipped him. He grabbed the money out of his hand and threw it into the tip jar. I found that very unprofessional and uncalled for since we were very polite the whole time and grateful for his service. I'm not sure what we did to piss him off because he was being nice to everyone else. This was probably the worst experience I've had at the bait shop. When we were walking out he said something quite rude as well. " You guys should learn proper tip etiquette " That was very offensive since we did tip him even after him being rude to us all night. Not very happy with that service. I hope this issue is addressed because I would love to come back and have dinner again this summer.

I got the Ribeye with loaded mashed potatoes. It was a touch expensive, but the flavor made up for it. It was cooked perfectly and I really liked the smoky flavor on the bacon. Staff was attentive,, and polite.. very good first impression.. Im a first time visitor and will be adding lake vermillion to my new fishing spots. Thank you guys for the hospitality ?

We had a GREAT porterhouse steak tonight! Cooked just right, excellent taste and great customer service!! The burgers are GREAT too along with shoestring fries! And you have a view of the lake!

So glad to find a good food with superb service nearby. A creative menu with weekend specials always cooked with care. I eat in (love the ambiance), as well as carry out. It's clean and well managed. They even have a couple video lottery machines, if you so desire. It is right by the lake so if you are camping,you can still eat out! Thank you Tad!

I went in there today with some of my friends and the older lady was extremely rude to us when we already had to wait a very long time for service. We simply asked questions about her minos and buckets and she said “I don’t care about the minos and their oxygen because I only make 30 cents off them.” Will not be visiting again.

Their steak omelette is great. I couldn't eat all of it so I had to take half of it home. I will definitely have this again. Hash browns were a nice golden brown and not soggy.

Very good prime rib! Well worth the short little trip to grab a bite to eat. The staff was pretty awesome too! Can't wait to go back and try something new!

Read the reviews and for the most part, it's a clean place, the staff are very friendly and nice BUT the Prime Rib that everyone raves about isn't that great!
