I have been to this location twice and the name of the girl who helped me wasn’t wearing a name tag but my receipt says Elizabeth. She has helped me both times and both times it seems she has an attitude and is short when speaking with me and the other customers she has helped when I’ve been in. The other lady in there I believe her name was Kimberly? She was great and bubbly and personable. I love the store so didn’t give just 1 star.

I didn't catch the name of the blonde lady that was working this morning but there was a TON of ppl there, backed up, her assistant was our sick & she still was just personable & helpful & efficient. Reeeeallly appreciated her attitude!!! wish I would have asked her name to write it here! ??

I paid for package pick up and they just walked up with the "attempted pick up" slip... as I was standing at the door. The guy hurried back to his vehicle and pretended not to hear me when I was telling him the package with the return label was sitting right where he left the slip. Caught it all on our doorbell camera too.

I shipped two pallets of machine components with these guys. Never arrived and no one knows where they are. People in the office won’t help. People at the trucking company won’t help. Do not use the ups store in brookings South Dakota to arrange your shipping.
