Used this GW branch (now 1st Interstate) for my mortgage loan and was very disappointed with the service. The loan officer was hard to get a hold of once the process began, made several mistakes on my paperwork that required me to resubmit my information, but most of all, seemed to have an overall apathetic attitude towards my service needs.
