AMAZING service! Mia was so helpful, friendly and informative. She helped me pick the right phone for me and seemed to really care. I'm glad I have a place like this to go to if I have problems.

Meghan and Miah helped me get my hearing aids to work. Which wasn't an easy task. These 2 young ladies are what customer service is all about. And everyone that works in retail should take lessons from these ladies. And a side note. I have spent over 20 years in customer service related business.
High 5 to both of these ladies.

i went to the Brookings SD Cricket Branch yesterday and today and the representatives that were there were very helpful, kind and curtious. Awesome job and will be using Brookings branch all the forever!!! Thank you Miah and Meghan!!!!!

The people at the store are nice enough, but the service was horrible. I thought we'd give Cricket a shot but it was nothing but constantly dropped calls, the data seemed to 'spend' much quicker than my last provider. I wouldn't use more than 2GB of data on my old provider in a month and on Cricket I would fly through 5GB in a couple weeks. Once you're out of data it slows significantly to the point of not working. This service might work in other parts of the country, but did not work well around here. I bought a brand-new Cricket phone 5G so it should not have been an issue with the phone. I switched back to my old carrier this weekend and have had no issues.

I have no issues with the cell service or the phone. Have had Cricket service for a few years now and can't say I've had a problem.BUT, I took my mom to get her phone upgraded on Friday night (3/4) and the employee was very unfriendly. Barely spoke to us when we asked questions and didn't get up from her chair at all until we picked out a phone where she was forced to get up and go in the back to get it. She transferred the data from the old phone to the new phone and said it was done when it wasn't. The clock turned to 7pm and she wanted to leave as her shift was over was the more likely the scenario. She never did a test call to the new phone and come to find out that it was not all the way activated. I had to call the next morning to 611 and thankfully they were able to do what needed to be done over the phone instead of us driving another 50 miles round trip.Have had good experiences before, but this employee needs a course in customer service.

Wait time can be long depending on staff/customers. Last visit, their computers went down.As for phone service it can be sketchy out here... I've had their service before in another state, it was fine. Maybe they dont have enough cell towers?

Walker has been extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable the couple of times I have gone in for assistance. He makes informed recommendations so I know about the different options but let's me decide what is best for me. He gets me set up quickly and offers help without making me feel like a dinosaur ðŸ˜. I would recommend his friendly help & Cricket service to anyone.

I was helped by Nathan. He was very knowledgeable about phone capabilities and the few questions he did not know off hand, he was able to look up the answers. He explained that if for some reason my phone did not work out how I expected I had a 7 day return period. He even went above and beyond when my contacts would not transfer through Bluetooth, he gave me a SD card and he spent time talking me through steps in order to make sure I knew how to transfer my information from my old phone to my new one. He also said he would be willing to step me through any other questions I came across over the phone and to just call back in.
