Just went in, to get a drink and a pizza for my drive. Barely anything in the drinks section, almost everything had nothing in there. Pizza person wouldn’t shut the door for the pizza thing to rotate so I stood there for 5 minutes just waiting. Things needed to be cleaned badly. Had a lady sitting behind the register just sitting on her phone. Visit was horrible.

I placed an order through the Casey’s app It would not accept my credit card payment so I called the store on 8th St in Brookings , SD. Kylie answered the phone. She was very patient and treated me with respect! She took my order over the phone, and made sure I received the same discount I would have received online. This was AMAZING service! Kylie, I really appreciate your kindness! I appreciate you taking initiative to help me out instead of making me feel like I was the reason the payment would not go through the app! Thank you so much!!!

I work at a restaurant, and this location is right on my way home to and from work. They are always courteous, but I always appreciate the willingness of one particular employee who never hesitates to make me a great wrap, or a big ol salad when I'm on my way home from a long day. Im embarrassed that I have never asked him for his name, but I hope he gets some credit for his work. Thanks a bunch!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Some of the works are absolutely rude and should not work with the public! I had come into this location and was just down right disrespected! I am a 25 year old female and I came in to buy some alcohol and when I got up to the counter with my ID in hand I was told by a girl working the counter that she needed 4 forms of identification and then refused to sell to me! No big deal I guess I just went to a different store but the one thing that really upset me is the fact that I myself work a gas station and was appalled by the fact that the Casey's employees had the audacity to look me in the face and tell me that they are better than the exact gas station that I work for! I am aware there is a competition between different gas stations and I had been off work for a while and needed to run to an open gas station and this location was the closest to me but when you clearly see me in my uniform do not disrespect me to my face!

Some of the people there are not as friendly and seem like they don't want to be there, but most of the time the food is great and so are most of the people.

Wonderful people, great clean environment! Employees always willing to help, even going above and beyond. 6th St. Best doughnuts!! The 2 women that make them have been there 11 and 15 years! They know what they ate doing with the food! The women who does lunch Mon - Fri has been there 6 years and makes sure the food warmers are full! 100% recommend!!

Disappointed. Came in today looking for got food. There was absolutely NONE. There were pizzas waiting to be cut and food easy to be packaged so people like me can buy them. But NO instead of doing her job, multi colored hair lady decided take selfies instead. All that good getting cold not in a warmer. Cmon

I wish I would have spoken up when I was there, but the staff just allowed me to buy the doughnuts that they were currently throwing away. I didn’t notice until I paid for them that they were putting it in the trash but instead of saying something to me they decided to laugh at me.
