Since taking over Great Western Bank the entire experience went from great to terrible. Rude employees, constant issues, and ridiculous fees

Since the take over from Great Weastern, have had nothing but issue after issue!!!!! Will be changing banks!!! Do not recommend

Cheryl was so very helpful! She helped me get a new card ordered, it was so easy! Cheryl and heather are always so helpful! Although I moved to Sioux Falls I always find myself going back to this GW bank in Brandon because of the staff.
