Better than it used to be with more selection. Still the same narrow aisles and, while I appreciate the addition of self-checkout for small purchases, larger purchases are handled on a register setup that's not much bigger than the self-help option.

The store itself was clean and kind of organized. Neither of the self checkouts were logged in, or they just weren't allowing anyone to scan items. This wouldn't have been a problem, however another customer and I waited 20 mins for someone to assist. I walked around the store, called the store, nobody to be found. I left my items at the self checkout and left. Very disappointing for Brandon.

If you feel like getting ripped off by their prices or their sketchy software this is where you want to go. On top of that the employees are beyond incompetent. Save yourself the hassle and drive a mile to sunshine just down the street.

We had a guy serve us he did well. Didn't notice anyone else, but we only walked around half the store. The guy stocked, made sure we were helped and also checked us out....the cash register corporate needs fix how EBT food works noticed while their it makes people pay cash for taxes, EBT food forgives taxes always. Also some the eisles are narrow...not sure I wanted be in the one EISLE, wasnt even anything in the way just shelf layout. I would guess few other workers must do well to have it that nice.

The manager and her staff here are ALWAYS smiling and are very helpful. I really enjoy shopping here multiple times a week. The store is clean and most of the time well stocked. Being a truckers wife, I know the hardships stores are facing to get stuff in a timely fashion and it is absolutely not the fault of the store managers or staff so give them a break. Moving from Tempe, AZ to Brandon last year, I can honestly say this is one of the beat Dollar Generals I have EVER been in.
