Ordered pizzas online. 10 people waiting for pizza. Stood 41 mins after the time said would be ready. I asked again he said no never got your order anything can I get for you....yes the pizzas I frickend ordered. What a joke now have to wait another hour to wait for pizza ranch. They won't forget my order!!!! Total joke if you can't order online take it down!!!!!!

I stopped in this morning to grab a quick cup of coffee. As I was filling my cup I sat and listened to an employee by the name of Jackie just trash talk each and everyone of her fellow employees. It was loud enough for any customer in the store to hear. I have managed people my entire life and the negativity and cancer that this lady spreads throughout her fellow employees is unbelievable. This is not the first time I have experienced this behavior from Jackie. Today, I just couldn't hold my tongue any longer. In a very positive way, I explained to Jackie that spewing such negativity was deploring to listen to. I further more told her I believed she should move on instead of ruining customer experiences and destroying the work environment of her peers. I will end with a positive and say that "Nancy" is a true gem and apologized for Jackie's behavior. You could tell she was quite embarrassed.

Come at lunch time, 12:05 and all they have is some pizza and left over breakfast. And not the first time. Not to mention at 6:30- 7am no donuts or rolls out yet either. I sometimwonxer why I even go beck there...

We ordered medium breakfast sausage pizza and we got bacon. They gave us a small. And shelves are never stocked how they should be. Not very clean place.

I got two large pizzas one cheese with garlic crust and one with pepperoni. They put them in xtra small boxes all on top of each other sliced. Phone call would have been nice. I could take my business to pizza ranch in Brandon. Horrible service. They didn’t e even give them cheese ??♀️ mess

Ordered on line. Ticket said to pick up at 6:33, upon arriving I was told my pizza had not been started. As looked in the kitchen there was no pizza even in the oven! The kid working snapped at me that he is the only one cooking as him and his friend stood there talking. I bought a few sodas and asked to speak with the manager, was told there was no manager, and that they would not deliver it. I said of course you won't. After I paid for the pop and was pulling out of my parking spot, the kid that was so busy with NO pizza in the oven came out to tell me he was refusing my order for calling him a name! A bold face lie! He was just to lazy to cook a pizza! What is wrong with some of the kids now days!

2nd time I've ordered pizza here and got home to find there's like 10 pieces of lettuce on the entire taco pizza. Used to be a good full pizza, worth the price...but when I have to stock toppings at home to finish it? Not worth it.

Why can’t any of their drinks get put away in the cooler? They could be empty of monsters but if you look around you can find a case sitting on the floor. Management needs to pick their game up.

Went there numerous times and the pop cooler is empty !! When i call to order pizza they are always over an hour wait so I go elsewhere ! If your selling that many pizzas maybe put in an additional oven ! And staff to make the product!! Just a thought!

Food has gone down hill lately. Pizza dough and croissant usually doughy or mushy. Breakfast burritos are cold alot. Crispy chicken sandwiches aren't cooked through. Just had one today and it was straight rubber. Everything else bout store is okay just food has been lacking.

Ordered a 2 topping large pizza as advertised as the special for $10 code 2top and was charged $11.75. When I called to question it the female employee said that already ended. I advised it was the first offer in the app she came back rudely with nothing she could do about it and I’d have to check with the manager when she is in and hung up on me. Terrible customer service!
