We stopped for diesel fuel and the pumps showed error message, we went in to get help and got no help what so ever, we had to pull away without fueling our truck! This is unacceptable customer service! Why don’t you have decent pumps and your staff was just rude! We will spread the word that you should not stop at this station, horrible horrible service!

Driving into South Dakota first gas station we encountered .. Its a trucker stop and a gas station.. They have two showers and the bathrooms are very clean .. but the clerk was very rude.. As we walked around the store she followed us around and we were eating in the car and she told us she needed the pump although all 10 pumps were open.. So we had to move our car.. I've never had this many problems at a freakin gas station .. So ridiculous. She either racist, or she's a complete control freak.. I'm glad I didn't end up buying anything here, I'm not giving my money to a store that is mistreating me as a customer ...

I went there 3:30 in the morning they had no food at all no hot dogs nothing I took a shower and the towels were so thin they need new towels but the water was very warm and the pressure was very high. The staff were nice that's why I gave them three stars.

This place, along with all the other BP stations suck! They have "casino" inside the store, but don't sell lottery tickets. How messed up is that?
