Their customer service is off the hook and when you call you never get a robot or an automated answering machine! I don't think I'll trust another big bank with my money for as long as I live! By the way, I don't even live in South Dakota!”
“I've had an account with SFCU since I was a teenager. my debit card served me well as I grew into an adult and now had bills to pay. I've always received exceptional service from SFCU however, their customer service really shined when I needed a loan for a new car. Pat assisted me with the loan and communicated with me and explained the whole process to me. I had issues when it came to finally making the payment with the loan, however it was not SFCU fault. They were, however, able to assist me by telling me why the payment wasn't going through and how to fix it and we were eventually able to get the payment through. My experience with SFCU stands out compared to other experiences I've had with banks.”
