We were so pleased with M & W - we had a rented Motorhome that broke down. The dispatcher Mike was fabulous to work with getting us help through our roadside assistance company. Cole was very friendly although he wasn’t the tow for us, he offered some friendly support! Lastly, Andrew (with his Peterbilt) got the job done and got us into our campsite so the mechanic could work on it. It was a beast to even make capable to tow! Through the entire ordeal, they were sympathetic, careful with the owner’s RV, and communicative. Thanks again!

I parked on a dirt lot and after a heavy night's rain the dirt had turned to mud and I was stuck. I called M&W and they had a man there within one hour. Dale was friendly and professional and got me out quickly. The price was extremely fair and was less than quoted(when does that happen). I highly recommended these guys.

Very nice folks that I how to never need to call for service on my personal vehicle, lol... My friends truck got towed by the police ? and they took good care of him and his truck. ??? Great service and willing to help any way that could.

You don't communicate with each other. We released our car to be picked up but when the people came to get it, they were denied. Your employees said that it wasn't released. Our car sat there for another week because the insurance company didn't want to waste their time again. You are also okay with us stating over the phone a certain person is allowed to take the car but we can't do that for someone to clean out the car? That makes no sense. Wasted our time even more!

This person doesn’t know how to talk with anyone I called him three times because my truck got stuck on road for two days he is totally annoyed instead of understanding me he was yelling on me. I know they are busy because of bad weather, but they should know how to speak. He can give me clear direction bro I am busy but I can schedule you for next day or tomorrow. Find some one else. Don’t waste your time. I am from Canada this was first experience with this kind of things. I didn’t know any single thing about this city. No one properly helped me

Great response time and friendly. I'd like to thank the two guys that rescued my truck & trailer from side of road and tow to repair shop. Ol Blue did a fantastic job. I recommend this place
