“Jamie (The Owner Of Neumiller Truck & Auto Body,) truly seems like an absolute class act based on some video auditing I personally experienced submitted by a gentleman and his son; which go by Amagansett Press (Jason) and The Watchman (Ben.)Jamie openly apologized on multiple opportunities (felt bad possibly coming off rash and/or aggressive) given as he felt a bit challenged and quite possibly threatened. Amagansett press and his son performed an auditing opportunity on live uncut video directly in front of his business address. Jamie's demeanor, response and lack of threat, was absolutely first-rate. Mr. Neumiller handled himself with a genuine, composed "class like" demeanor with that kind human level that our world seems to be missing.If I'm ever in the Rapid City, SI area, I would give him my business in an absolute heartbeat!Jamie, thank you for simply showing our world today in such a humanitarian level that is so absent in todays day to day operations. “This a certified Subaru body shop, but I’m sure their talents cover about anything else as well. My Outback was badly pummeled by hail, and luckily I found out about this place. I met Tim, and he’s a calm, cool, confident gentleman that is very reassuring. I had no doubt I was in the right place. He said they could get in done in two weeks. In spite of unforeseen set backs, it only took 15 days. Not bad considering lots of PDR, roof and hood replacements, and paint. In the end, my car was in showroom condition. I learned part of the reason Tim was so confident is because they have a fantastic team of experienced repairmen. Hopefully I won’t have anymore problems that require body work in the future, but I’ll go back to them if so. Wish I could give them 10 stars.”

“The service team at Liberty VW were amazing! I was driving through Rapid City on my way to Colorado and had some warning lights on my Taos that needed attention. At 3:30 in the afternoon with no appointment they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and get me back on the road. I am so appreciative! Both were professional, to the point, and offered me a solution to a mechanical problem that not only saved me about 80% of the original quote, but was practical and did not result in unnecessary work being done. My truck got hailed out they got it in quick and had my truck for a little bit longer then expected but when it came back it was like brand new! They fixed some other issues I had also. “I skid on ice and hit another vehicle and did major damage to my fender and fender skirt. Took it to a collision center which State Farm recommended and they came up with a $5600 estimate, which the insurance would not pay because it was more than their formula would allow for my 18 year old car. So State Farm totaled the vehicle and I was left with a few choices. After having the alignment checked and finding it was fine I decided I wanted to keep the car if I could get it fixed for less than $5600. We already had done a few minor repairs on our own and were willing to live with a few other dings on the car. Brad at Lombardy Street Body and Repair squeezed me in and did an awesome job on the fender and skirt at a very reasonable price, which turned out to be less than he estimated. How honest is that! Highly recommend Brad for repair of your vehicle.”
