This is the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. A few issues came up with my vehicle and they went above and beyond to get everything taken care of. They treated so well and the customer service was top notch, Ethan, Braxton and everyone I spoke with personally were great! I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Jerry's!!

Everything was done well unfortunately due to the strike I am not able to get all of my work completed which is disappointing but I understand it’s not the dealerships fault I would like to personally think Peyton from the Lennox location my salesman, Jason Shay, and the service manager, Nick Green in Bersford They are all very professional and customer orientated.

5/5 ⭐ everytime. November of 2021 I traded a pickup for a Trailblazer, October of 2022 we got an Equinox for the wife, and March 2023 we traded the Trailblazer in for a used Durango. That all seems like useless babble, but the point is that we continue going back. Even for not GM products, or trading in not GM products, Jerry's of Beresford has treated us well from start to finish. Royal Critchton has been an absolute must-have and go-to guy. We started the whole journey with him and 3yrs later we continue going back to him. Royal and Aaron are a hard to beat crew that know the in'n'outs and are willing to help and work with you. Even if your just shopping or not sure what exactly you want, these guys (and the whole dealership too) are capable and willing to help. If they don't know it, they know someone who does and will get you on the right track. Buying/selling vehicles isn't fun, haggling is harrowing painful at times, but Jerry's definitely takes the sting out.The service department is their own whole review for another day, 5/5 ⭐ to those gentlemen as well.Keep up the A+ work guys, I'm sure we'll be back again.

Buyer Beware! Purchased a 2020 Camaro which we were assured was in “Exceptional “ condition by Barry Konken of Jerry’s Chevrolet of Beresford. My son and I flew up from Tampa to drive it home. We inspected the car in a rather dark service bay and everything seemed as they had said. We were told that the car was serviced and ready to go. Everything went great and I really trusted the dealership. Until we got home and washed the car. When we washed the rear wheel wells the water coming out of the wells was pink. When I felt the harder to reach areas of the wells, there was over half an inch of pink rubber caked. Under the hood, the lower parts of the motor were also pink. I wouldn’t have been able to see this without a flashlight at the dealership’s service bay. We figured out that the previous owner must have done epic pink burnouts regularly. I checked the air filter and it was completely caked with the oily pink smoke residue. The pink continued past the air filter and has gummed up the mass air flow sensor which hopefully explains a rough idle which we were told by the dealer was normal. How could they service the car without checking the air filter? I feel deceived by Jerry’s. I feel like a chump for not doing a more thorough check of the car, but I trusted them. I’m concerned about the engine breathing this pink smoke, the transmission, the differential etc…. I’m concerned about the remaining warranty and the warranty we purchased being voided. I called Barry two days ago and he said he would get back with me on what they can do. Didn’t hear anything back so it appears they are not doing anything. Our excitement has switched to remorse for trusting this dealership.

Nick was amazing! He helped to diagnose a problem I had been having for months and helped to determine the problem was caused by previous car repair I had done elsewhere. He also noticed I needed a few other minor repairs and was very helpful in getting those scheduled and completed! Jerry’s of Beresford Service department is top notch!

Purchased my Sierra over a year and a half ago. Been taking it there for my scheduled services. Friendly staff. Good place.
