“We were in a bit of a bind and Chris and West Tire came through for us. We had been traveling from Pennsylvania to Montana to visit our son and his family when we had tire problems in South Dakota. First a valve stem on a camper tire started leaking just outside Sioux Falls and we had to put on the spare. Then just before we were to get off 90 West toward Belle Fourche a valve stem on the truck did the same. Had to use the truck spare. We really needed these tires repaired to continue our journey. Called West Tire and Chris said no problem. Drop them off and the stems will be replaced inside an hour. The staff was very friendly and efficient. We were staying at the reservoir campground for the night so we took the tires in in the morning and, picked them up, my husband changed the tires and we were back on the road by 1pm.
We are very grateful to everyone at West Tire and Alignment making our trip so much less stressful.”

“THE BEST!! Literally my bottom plate of my car was all bent weird and so I stopped on the side of the road to fix it somehow…(the curb at Plato’s closet hit me) and Eli stopped AFTER HIS SHIFT and volunteered to fix it for me. So thankful and they were so kind and treated me like a princess. Most tire places act like women weren’t born with brain cells. Not this place. Def recommend to anyone in the black hills area. P.s. saw a guy open the doors for an elderly lady. green flags all around.?️?”
