For the third time in a row I went into this store and was treated like a pain-in-the (---)! Two counter people one turned her back to me, and the guy just walked away towards the back.
I make it a matter of habit to drive to Spearfish NAPA for my auto part needs where customer SERVICE is a priority, unless I am pressed for time.
I would give NAPA parts five stars, ZERO stars for this particular location's total lack of customer service, so give it a three star average rating.
