The service attendants were friendly. Service was quick and efficient and price for parts and labor was reasonable. Waiting area was welcoming and spacious. Snacks were available with coffee and coco served.

They said the vehicle was good to go down the road. After a crank sensor was fixed it ran like new.And they can tow too!

Not good. Several visits and several issues: -Asked about getting new tires and they just printed a list of three options and sent me on my way, didn't want to take time to talk it out with me. -Also had to bring car in for a recall issue, and they made me bring the car in to "look at it" before they'd schedule to fix it, then brought in to fix it, and they did the replacement but broke a clip, so I had to drive back again for a new appointment, which got cancelled last minute. I live an hour from them and asked about them spotting me some gas money because I will now have driven 8 unnecessary hours all because of them- and was told I'd have to talk to a manager, so I asked if the manager could call me, and so far no call. -my wife also took her car here as well, any time she tried to call to get updates, they'd say they were "on lunch" and took forever to get a simple job done. -we also stopped by to look at purchasing a car, and when we said we wanted to look at used cars and not buy a new one, we were essentially dismissed. -harr has had many chances to change my opinion, and all they do is reinforce it

Always great service. When I lived in another state and took my car in for service they always ran it through the car wash as a bonus.....just wondering why you guys don't do that? Im happy with the service always....but curious.
