First time visiting this shop. Called yesterday bc I had an alternator replaced & asked them to check my serpentine belt because it was making noises. Needless to say, didn't make it because it ended up popping off. Had to get towed. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly, and helpful. Explained they'll check alternator to be sure it's not crooked or anything & replace the belt. Gave me a quote. Few hours later, called to pick up. Definitely will be using them again. Paid about 130 for a serpentine belt to be replaced and put on.

Had to get some maintenance done to my 2015 grand caravan. I was updated and quoted every step of the process and even got photos verifying the work being completed. Got it back sooner than anticipated and it’s running better than ever. Fantastic, honest mechanics. Great price for great work! I hope that lot stays full and you guys continue to be busy! Just found out about this shop that has been here over 10 yrs now. I was impressed enough with the price, service, and time it took to leave a five star review. I recommend them and I will return when I need another service.

Took my step-son's Jeep there. It took longer than expected but they were in contact with us the whole time. I had my Explorer looked at and they told me exactly what it was, after I took it somewhere else that was going to charge me thousands. Which it wasn't even the problem they said it was and RZ auto saved me over half of what it was going to be. I would highly recommend them. Everyone is so friendly and respectful.

Worked on multiple cars and issues with RZ, and always feel good about the work. I’ve had to do emergency drop-offs, and they have made it easy every time. Javi’s communication via text is great-and he always shows what they did on the car. Affordable. Honest.
