Me and My Husband bought a 2011 Cadillac DTS from here about 6 months or so ago. He was really nice and gave us a good deal on my husband's car. We drove 2 hours to get there so we was taking a big chance on this car since we had only seen it online. We haven't had any issues with car but still haven't received title after calling and leaving messages several times and even emails. Other than that though I would recommend this place

I brought a Nissan Murano from this dealer. After driving 2 hours to get there, I test drive it and everything was fine. My friend did the same to see if she felt anything I may have missed. The minute I paid and left to drive back home (2 hours away) the vehicle broke. It was raining so bad. I called and made it back to the lot thankfully but only to be told that I was t receiving my money back and basically I was stuck with repairs and finding a way back home. Fortunately my friend turned around and took me home. I had to pay for repairs and find a ride back to pick it up. It was nothing but junk.

Have bought 2 vehicles from them in the last 2 years. Always was honest with any problem he was affair the vehicle's had and was a great help dealing with him and the finance company and the DMV.

At first the experience was great. Good deal on car and decent condition. However it took 3 weeks for him to send me the title although every time I contacted him to ask about it, he strung me out promising me it was coming "in the next few days." When he did finally send it, he didn't fill out the address completely so it wasn't delivered. Now I have less than a week before my temporary tag expires and still don't have a title I can register with the DMV. If he doesn't take care of this quickly, my review will likely drop a few stars.

Smoothest transaction ever! Quick response, Sentell was honest about the vehicle and was everything I had expected. I see some not so good reviews (very few), however what most fail to realize is that you are buying a USED vehicle, history unknown for some. Word of advice, make sure you bring someone along if you don't know anything about cars and have it checked out so you know what you are getting yourself into. The price couldn't be beat and I'm VERY satisfied with my purchase. Sentell came to the dealership on his day off to close the deal. It was well worth the 3 hour drive to get my SUV. Everything done over the phone and online and had a approval in minutes! All I had to do was show up, test drive, and sign. Highly reccomend! Thank you!

Mr. Abrams got me in the best car I could get in with my poor credit history. He treated me like family through the whole thing and was upfront and honest about everything. I recommending him to all of my friends. I wish I could give six stars!
