“Extremely clean gas station. Was a nice place for me and my wife to stop and grab some drinks on the way home from Clover. Great location to be at, not much else around here. The store was very clean and all of the items were stocked to the fullest. Will definitely stop back by here if we ever see our selves back in this location.”

“I really like the people who purchased this old corner store. They are friendly and very proud of their store.It's a small store with limited selection and they need to be careful about stocking to many items that do not appeal to their actual customers (waste of shelf space) but they are working hard and the store improves every time I pop in there.I am looking forward to the day when the gas pumps are updated. I think this store is using pumps from the 1970s or early 1980s.”
“Undoubtedly, one of (if not THE) absolute greatest grill & convenient store combinations within the tri-state area. I must add, "Ak's Fun House" (formerly known as "Ben's Country Store") offers delicious and nutritious meals for even the most pickiest of eaters. Don't forget their sweet tea, it tastes as if it has been kissed by the cutest honeybee. Gas, cigarette and beer prices are unbeatable. Surprisingly enough, Ak's noteworthy team of employees are always primed to indulge in intellectual conversation while preparing your slap-up meal. Complete that with a well-kept, tidy dining area and you now have an unrivaled establishment. Second to none and only equal to one. This "one" being Revis (a sister-store) in which is also family owned and operated by the same family/owners of Ak's. Enjoy??”

“Great little store inside the the gas station . The food counter was the best part of our stop the day went pulled in for a gas fill up. The same lady that checked us out was the food counter order taker. She also juggled a phone that rang constantly while we were there. She deserved a shout out for the fast, Friendly and efficient customer service! The food counter was busy. Apparently anyone in the area can tell you the food here is the secret to this place. We ordered 2 egg sandwiches and they were delicious. Absolutely delicious. So good I'd almost consider coming back to eat but we live in Charlotte and it's just not in my nature to drive that far for breakfast! If you're in the area I'd say definitely stop ! Two thumbs way up!!!”

“My pictures and cards that I ordered from my phone came out blurry. The young lady was so sweet and helpful. She helped me remake them from the kiosk and clean all the images up so they came out perfect. She was very patient and so willing to help!”

“During Christmas a sweet elderly woman wanted heated bedroom slippers to keep her feet warm...she couldn't afford them. A lady in front of me offered to buy them and so did I. The cashier was so warm and friendly and was going to purchase them for the woman before we stepped up to the plate. Needless to say the wonderful Christian woman in front of me paid for them and I offered to go in half. She said.."I'll get these nut you get the next person that needs help" ...I agreed and the cashier and I were in tears. Good to know you have kind hearted employees willing to dip in their own pockets to help someone that needs it. The elderly woman hugged us all and it was a True Blessing!! Thanks Walgreens for hiring people who ACTUALLY care for others! God Bless you!”

“Don't get to stop at this place as much as I used to in the mornings for breakfast. But on the days me and the crew are working around that area we always make sure we stop at Ly ly's. Best food in that surrounding area. Service/ customer service is great and the food is always very delicious. I most definitely recommend you going there. More than likely you'll be like me you go once and every time you're in that area you're always going back if not going out of your way to go over there lol.”
