Do not ever rent from these ppl my mother just lost her daughter and she only owed for December and we are currently in December my mother talked to the manager about paying for Dec and Jan bc of the death in the family that’s ppl have harassed us everyday and they decorated my mothers front porch with best way missed cards including they put them on my sisters reef don’t ever rent from these heartless non compassionate ppl and they furniture suck

First of all I have done business with bestway in York sc for years, around 8 months ago we purchased a king size mattress from them and have made all payments on time. The mattress is now collapsed, they are giving us a hard time about replacing it. It's been 2 weeks and they won't give me a replacement date. Bad business all around.

I didn't want to give any stars but it made me. I walked into the York, SC store and it was disgusting. It smelled like cigarette smoke also from the employees smoking with the doors open. I refused to buy anything there and I went next door to purchase my furniture. When we picked it up, we had to drive around back. They have all kinds of furniture and mattresses tossed out back that looks like it has been there a while. Crowded around a dumpster and mattresses upside an exterior wall. A place that disgusting in the back lets me know that they are nasty inside. Get it together ! Someone needs to clean house because if they have time to stand around smoking, they have time to clean their outside trash and furniture up. Just gross !

This is the worse place I have ever got stuff from have got several things from them the last thing was a fire place needed to be fixed the guy that delivered it tried so hard to fix it but did not have the right stuff to fix it came back several times to try to get it fixed but it never got fixed and the men that work there are very rude never will go back there again

Kevinnnn is the bomb ! He helped me at the south blvd location 9/17/22 . Positive attitude , very helpful and he was working that day by himself and he handled everything in a profession manner .

This place is GARBAGE! They are liars and thieves. They will take money from your card after you've told them MULTIPLE times to remove your card from their system. Also, they will flat out deny taking your money until you shove bank statements in their faces and then all of a sudden they wanna give you a different story. This place needs to be shut down. Extremely untrustworthy.

Stole money off a card they weren't supposed to have saved (multiple times) that I repeatedly told them not to save. Manager has yet to call me and discuss the situation. They're extremely unprofessional extremely incompetent and very unstrustworthy. I will never recommend anyone to them again. And I will never do business with them again. I would advise everyone to be very cautious of them because they are thieves.

Absolutely love this location! We always rent bedroom groups for guests when they come over to visit and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Mrs. LeAnne is great with customers and working out deals. Movers are a little hit and miss but you can’t have it all. Still super satisfied with the overall business and will be lifetime customers throughout the whole family!
