Disgusted......Hey guys this is dennis here listen before I start, this store has always been very helpful to me in The past!!!!!.today june 25 2024, I walked into this york store after calling the day before and was told I could get a refund on a ignition coil I bought.i bought 4 coils but only ended up needing 3.so I walked in the store and of course we have all seen it before a acting manager with a complex.she wasn't going to help before I even walked in the store.it sucks because this store has never treated me like that. To be fair the real store manager was on vacation and we all know cats aways mice will play lol.im trying to be fair when I judge how stores treat there customers.but please don't buy what you may not need from this autozone,just words of friendly advice.stay tuned they are supposed to get back to me will see.

Experience was great. Self check out is the easiest. No waiting. Prices are good as well. Customer service is excellent

Very good, a young man, name Brian, he is very helpful, I get him every time, very nice guy, glad he is working there, all of the staff are good, but I all of them, but Brian is so helpful.

I noticed one of my headlights was not working. I stopped at Advance Auto in York, they said I could buy a bulb but they couldn’t install it. I do not feel comfortable trying it myself. I headed down the road to Auto Zone. The guy wasn’t sure if he could replace the bulb. He took the time to look under the hood, discovered a loose wire and my headlight is back to working. Hooray, so glad I went there, your guys are helpful and knowledgeable. Appreciate it, thank you!

Yesterday my truck wouldn't start. I jumped it and drove to auto zone. The tech tested the battery and said it looked fine. My truck started right up. When he disconnected his tester ge realized that the positive terminal was loose! He tightened it up and I'm all set. Really appreciate the help and the honesty!
